Medical Enquiries
For questions about your treatment, assessment, or prescription, please log in to your VivaMen account.
Medical queries are handled securely by our clinical team through your account messaging area. This ensures your information remains private and allows our clinicians to review your medical details properly.
When a clinician replies, you’ll receive an email asking you to log in to view the response.
This service is not for urgent or emergency medical issues.
