Amit Raj

Amit is a UK-qualified pharmacist with over 15 years’ experience in community, high-volume dispensing, and online pharmacy operations since 2009.

He spent nearly a decade at one of the UK’s largest off-site dispensing hubs in Scotland, operating within a hub-and-spoke model supplying 60 to 70 stores. In this high-volume setting, he was responsible for maintaining clinical accuracy, patient safety, and robust governance systems, while supporting the management of a 20-person team.

Since 2021, Amit has worked in digital pharmacy at My Pharmacy 365, helping establish SOPs, streamline dispensing processes, and prepare the business for scale. In March 2025, he became Superintendent Pharmacist, with overall responsibility for regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and the safe supply of medicines.

His focus is straightforward: safe, compliant systems and clear, responsible healthcare delivered online.
